            Was very please with the service Ireceived! Went toturn in/pick upa modem & the wait time wasn'tbad! Ieven got towatch football ona giganticTV! Adrian couldn't have been nicer and Iwas involved ina very nice conversation with asweet lady about football! All inall, even though Ididn't have areservation itwas avery pleasant experience! (And NOI'm not related toAdrianlol!)

              This place isfine. Myonly problem isthey sell the phones set upthe account but then leave you left without any inface support really. Everything isdone online orsome other non personalway. The manager isgreat(I cannot recall his name sorry) healways atthe minimum shows empathy and tries tohelp. Rest ofthe staff nope they don't really goabove for cell customers orreally seem tocare. Maybe they are hand tied? Ifyou need cable customer service great the manager here isthe person towork with. Cell service you're introuble– show

                    Be careful. One ofthe associations set meup with aplan with spectrum tvand far stronger internet speeds but guaranteed Icould cancel the tvplan while retaining the internet for noextra cost other than the initial bill. Itturns out that isnot possible and I'm out anunecessary $40inmy bill. DONOT TRUST SPECTRUM SALES ASSOCIATES. Research your own preferred internet plan and don't let them sell you onanything too good tobe true.

                    Tldr: don't buy spectrums snakeoil, they just want mo

                                Very bad service and communication especially bythe Spanish female worker! Icame topay aphone bill! Iask for help several times she kept directing meto kiosk! She told meto pay myphone bill inthe kiosk! Iwent her again after Ipaid kiosk tocheck and she told meit beon it10minutes! Ileave the store and phone was never cut onthen call Spectrum and they can't even find mypayment inkiosk because was given the wrong information and paid $222for nothing! Will goback and have themclear this matter– show

                                    Excellent customer service from Eddie! Hetook the time toset-up mynew iPhone. Hewas able toanswer all myquestions. Heis extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. Ihave also witnessed Eddie helping his colleague answer and solve other customer's concern. Hehas great leadership skills. Ifit wasn't for the service provided byEddie, I'm not sure ifwe would have given somuch grace toSpectrum.                                           This place has the worst customer service Ihave ever experienced. Spent over anhour waiting just topay abill. After anhour and ahalf, with nomovement. Iwent tothe Long Beach store onBellflower and was inand out in15mins. Lakewood had 2people working with 9people waiting inline. The representative seemed tonot know what hewas doing. Took him over 30mins toset upa customer phone. This place has noconsideration for their customers. Don't use this facility.
