LOCAL NEWS FEBRUARY 4, 1990 POLICEFIRE LOG Gary Butcher Chester Co. man charged with robbery BIKES TAKEN: Someone stole a yellow-and-silver Columbia Express BMX mountain bicycle, valued at $539, from the front porch of the Becker residence in the 700 block of Fifth Street, city police reported. The bike is owned by Michael E. Becker, 14.

The bike was taken between 6:30 and 7 :30 p.m. Saturday. Someone stole two 10-speed bicycles from the rear of the Anna Santiago residence in the 340 block of South Broad Street between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday, city police reported Saturday.

Redcay of Denver told Manheim Township police that her 1982 Pontiac was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle around 3:50 a.m. Saturday. Redcay told police the car, which sustained light damage, was parked in the lot of the 40 8 club, 2400 Butter Road, when it was struck.

FOUND: Manheim Township police reported a 20-inch boys bicycle was found on Deerford Drive Saturday morning. The bikes owner can claim it by contacting township police and identifying it.
