as a progressive integrative healthcare center that promotes wholeness through the education and empowerment of our clients on their journey towards optimal health. We offer a unique person-centered approach that focuses upon your specific attributes as an individual to help create a personalized wellness plan based on your intentions and goals. Our Naturopathic center is an educational facility, teaching responsible healthcare to a community in need of alternatives to standard health care in America.

The Space

We are located in the heart of Santurce, right in front of Ciudadela. From the moment you step through our doors, we aim to create a soothing, peaceful space where you can take a break and relax into your healing journey. Although we run a tight ship in terms of our schedule, we have also stocked our waiting room with ample reading materials, a tea station, and a kid’s corner, in order to make your visit with us as integral an experience as the journey we wish to embark on with you.

Carla Sanchez Vivaldi, ND

Carla Sanchez is a Naturopathic Doctor from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. She began her career in medicine as an aspiring veterinarian, but her attention quickly shifted to the animal’s owners and she turned to Holistic Medicine. Her practice has led her to connect deeply with her own body, continuously prioritizing the healing and self-care that she encourages in her patients.

Carla is the mother of two beautiful children and lives in love with her family, the sea, and her work.

Neda Mowzoun

Neda is a Certified Integrative Health Coach and a supportive mentor and wellness authority. She helps others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals. She is also a foodie, with a special knack for creating and teaching easy, delicious and healthy meals. She shows her clients how to plan meals, shop for healthy ingredients, and prepare meals according to their preferences and dietary needs. She helps her clients set goals and supports them as they set out to adopt new habits.

Neda began her training at the Institute for Culinary Education and at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Currently, she is completing a Master’s degree in Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. It is based on the Functional Medicine Paradigm, a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease.

At Centro Naturopático, she offers one-on-one coaching, as well as group programs, in order to support clients’ treatments, prevent chronic disease, reduce stress and help them live a more balanced life.

Ángel Josedwardo Pérez López, LMP

Ángel a massage therapist who studied at Puerto Rico Massage & Bodywork Institute where he graduated in 2014. That same year he became licensed and began his career as a massage therapist. Ángel’s goal as a massage therapist is to accompany his clients in finding a broader sense of freedom in their body, releasing patterns of tension, adhesions in the fascia and improving the perception of our own body. Meaning, expanding the sensitivity of our body and create awareness of where each part of our body is at all times. With the incorporation of techniques including:

  • Deep tissue massage

  • Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Craneo-sacral release

  • Creating a specialized experience catered to the needs of each person.

Inesa Santiago, Administrative Assistant/ Reception

Inesa is the voice that greets and receives you at our community at Centro Naturopático. Inesa studied natural sciences and has always enjoyed working with people and their different personalities, so her work at the Center has given her the opportunity to unite both of these passions. Inesa’s hobbies include reading and crafting. She is a lover of nature, so every day she tries to live and act with the ecology of the earth in mind.
