At the start. That is way too much for designers - not every world can be interesting. Not every world can have interesting people - and not every 'interesting' person plotline works out. At some point, a generative world/quest/interesting people/plotline algo will start spitting out a lot of similar, bland worlds (normal curve); a small portion of really badly designed ones - and some really, really good ones. This feels ... grindy. They could have launched 200 worlds. Then open the universe slowly. They could lower the price of the base game and build in DLCs; or keep the high price but DLCs come free as they are developed. But maybe the game gets better over time.

What is the cost of a video game? For those who are gamers you can pay $70 to play a video game. This price will continue to increase as cost rises and supply along with demand continue to increase. The question for today what's wrong with Microsoft wanting to purchase Activision for $70 billion dollars. The Federal Trade Commission does not want this deal to go through because of fear of unfair competition. Gaming is big business and Microsoft wants to stamp out competition as well compete with Sony and Nintendo. So District Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley blocked the FTCs injunction to stop Microsoft's/Activision merge is because Sony paid to have Final Fantasy 16 as an exclusive for the PS5. Yet, Microsoft is able to pay gaming studios for exclusives also, that would only be on their said platform. Yet, Microsoft being a sore sport and loser decide to purchase massive companies with many subcompanies to prevent Sony from having more exclusives. Sony shouldn't have bent the knee to Microsoft and signed the contract. Now I don't see anything stopping Microsoft from trying to acquire more studios after this merger goes through. Sony doesn't own Square Enix, though allowing Microsoft to purchase massive gaming brand studios that have handfuls of other studios in their company.
